National Veterans Memorial Grand Opening

Some members of The Military Veterans of Olivedale  were in attendance for the Grand Opening Ceremony at the New National Veteran’s Memorial in Columbus Ohio.  The ceremony was great and there was plenty of free food and even free T-shirts!

Vietnam Wall Visit 21 SEP 2018

The Military Veterans of Olivedale were very proud to be one of the sponsors for the Vietnam Wall Exhibit at the Chillicothe VA medical facility.  Four of our members visited the wall on 21 SEP 2018 and, while there,  attended the National Day of Remembrance for POWs and MIAs.

Summer Picnic 6 AUG 2018

We usually have two annual picnics and 2018 was no exception.  We had our Summer Picnic on 6 AUG.  Everyone was so busy enjoying a bountiful supply of delicious food that nobody took any pictures!  This photo is from our 2017 Summer Picnic.

Veterans Appreciation Night 7 JUL 2018

The Chillicothe VA medical center hosted their annual Veteran’s Appreciation Night.  What more could you want? There was free swag, free food and a free baseball game!
